Before joining Forth, Matthew spent two decades building and scaling creative programs across tech, CPG, and financial services. He’s led teams inside global agencies, managed national brand campaigns, and launched his own ventures — all with a focus on telling stories that unlock growth.
His background includes leadership roles where he oversaw brand work for GEICO, Fannie Mae, Virgin Australia, and others. He’s also served as a program lead for emerging brands, helping turn raw ideas into polished, go-to-market narratives.
